Some assignments require a partnership, a more involved approach to recruitment than the contingent model allows. EJC offers a bespoke Executive Search & Selection Service which is aimed at providing you with top talent specific requirements.
When asked to provide this service, we arrange for a Director to meet with you to discuss the mandate in detail and the desired candidate profile from both a business and cultural perspective. We then agree the terms of the retained assignment and instruct our team of researchers and consultants to produce a shortlist of individuals for interview with all relevant information displayed  on Prima, EJC’s  bespoke multimedia candidate behavioural assessment & presentation tool

Our team has access to up-to-date and comprehensive market ‘maps’, enabling us to identify candidates, both active and non-active in the market place. Our consultants are trained to approach potential candidates proactively, discreetly and appropriately to understand under what circumstances they would consider joining our clients. “Passive” candidates have proven particularly effective for niche roles or high demand skill sets, and senior vacancies. Our team has a global reach, and this plays a key role in EJC’s strategy for filling vacancies throughout Europe, US, the Middle East and APAC.

Our proactive research-led approach to candidate sourcing enables us to introduce our clients to a different candidate population. This gives us an advantage over our competitors, who in the main, rely heavily on more traditional and reactive advertising solutions for their ‘talent’. Our research team is tasked with the identifying niche candidate pools and developing not just short term but also long term professional relationships. The aim is to become the candidate’s key point of contact when they consider doing anything with their careers.
We undertake exclusive contingent searches on behalf of clients, helping to identify, qualify and present a specific selection of candidates suitable for the given mandate. There are huge benefits in working this way. Namely that EJC has more time to bring the full force of our processes to bear and as a result the client gets a better quality hire at the end of the process.
We maintain an extensive list of contacts which is continually being updated and added to through registering high-quality professionals from the market. As an additional service, EJC will produce a client report (usually weekly) detailing exactly which companies and candidates are being considered.
