Peter Elliott - Managing Director Peter founded Elliott James Consulting in the summer of 2008. Peters background in financial services recruitment is vast and spans over a period of two decades. In this time Peter has successfully developed and recruited for some of the world's leading investment banks and hedge funds but also has been instrumental in assisting small start up's and newly launched funds attracting industry leading candidates. Previously to Elliott James Consulting, Peter established another successful hedge fund recruitment boutique. Outside of work Peter enjoys the occasional round of golf and is also a keen gym goer. |

Matt Robinson - Business Manager Matt Robinson joined Elliott James Consulting having spent 12 years in the Private Banking market place. Here he built a great reputation for himself and a proven track record in dealing with high calibre clients and closing business. Matt has an outstanding ability to build long term relationships with clients and candidates alike. He has a natural flare and a passion for recruitment. Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and has a strong interest in grass roots football especially Thatcham Town fc. |

She excelled when it came to hitting and exceeded targets and has always had a professional and passionate approach to closing and winning business. Emma has always built up long term client relationships and maintained a high standard of professionalism. Emma is always well presented and articulates herself well in a client facing environment. Outside of work Emma loves spending time with her family and socialising with friends. Emma also enjoys running and going to the gym. |
